If a borrower’s final treatment fee is less than the funded amount, please contact provider support and we will help you remit a partial refund to the loan. We will help calculate the pro-rated practice fee for the amount of the refund. Your practice will not be charged a merchant fee on any amount refunded. Once the refund is received, the full refund amount will be applied to the applicant’s account within 7–10 business days. In some instances, we may need to contact the borrower to update the term of the loan.
